Ms. Portfolio is originally from Cleveland Ohio, and now resides with her family in New Tampa. She has been employed with Spinner Law Firm since 2003. Prior to joining Spinner Law Firm, Ms. Portfolio worked for several years in the insurance industry, and also has experience in the hospitality industry while employed at Busch Gardens. At Spinner Law Firm, Ms. Portfolio serves as the office administrator and legal assistant to Charles Spinner, Jr. Ms. Portfolio prides herself on her commitment to Spinner Law Firm and it’s clients. She is widely regarded for her attention to details, sincere compassion and welcoming personality.

Mary Margaret Caporali, Personal Injury Assistant

Ms. Caporali hails from Miami, Florida, and now resides with her family in Wesley Chapel, She has been employed with Spinner Law Firm since 2005. Ms. Caporali has a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida State University. Prior to joining Spinner Law Firm, Ms. Caporali worked for several years as a legal assistant to the managing partner of a large Atlanta, Georgia law firm, gaining valuable litigation experience. At Spinner Law Firm, Ms. Caporali is responsible for the compilation of insurance information, medical records, and other essential pieces of evidence for the firm’s personal injury clients. She is well regarded for her ability to communicate effectively with clients as well as insurance adjusters and is a valuable part of the firm’s personal injury practice.

Judith Risley, Paralegal

Ms. Risley is originally from Agawam, Massachusetts and now resides in Zephyrhills, FL with her husband. She is a graduate of Westfield State College in Westfield, Massachusetts with a degree in Paralegal studies and has worked as a legal assistant for the past 25 years. Ms. Risley has a vast legal experience providing support in all areas of civil litigation. In her free time, Ms. Risley enjoys participating in community activities, and traveling.

Heidi Jacobsen, Marketing & Community Relations Director

Ms. Jacobsen was born in the United States and spent time abroad in Europe where she attended school. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Emerson College in Boston, MA.  Before joining Spinner Law Firm, Ms. Jacobsen was employed with Club Med as a public relations professional. She now resides with her husband, Ben and their sons in New Tampa. Ms. Jacobsen oversees and coordinates the firm’s marketing and community service endeavors. Spinner Law Firm is an active supporter of community and non-profit organizations and Ms. Jacobsen is the contact for such inquiries.
